Careful Planning Yields Success without Surprises

Of the many elements critical to a successful project, meticulous planning leads the list, with coordination running a close second. At the outset, Luise Mechanical’s project management team sits down with all of the client’s decision-makers – on the site – to scope the job and understand your vision for its outcome.

Then we design a custom solution for you, using Building Information Modeling (BIM). That computerized process looks at each phase, from concept to completion, and includes:

  • Creating a three-dimensional model of your mechanical piping that shows its design and how it fits with other systems (electrical piping, for example);
  • Considering material, manpower and equipment needs – and what we can fabricate offsite; and
  • Scheduling and coordinating with other trades to be certain everything goes as mapped out in your project.

Our estimating also is automated, and reviewed by our team, for accuracy and quick turnaround on bids and proposals. Luise Mechanical project managers use BIM to coordinate with other trades and spot potential problems before they occur.
