At our 15,000-square-foot Flemington location, we operate a full-function fabrication facility staffed by an experienced team, offering expert prefabrication, design and engineering of process piping systems. Acquired in 2017, the building also houses our offices and the tools, equipment and basic material we use on at project sites. Our fabrication shop features onsite, state-of-the-art welding equipment, allowing for custom and prefabricated materials to be manufactured and delivered directly to a job site.
Family-owned and operated, Luise Mechanical’s roots go back to the 1960s when founder Anthony Luise entered the trades. After learning plumbing in vocational school, he eventually went to work for a mechanical contracting firm in Middlesex County. In 1980, Anthony opened his own company in Middlesex, and eight years later relocated it to Flemington, where it has been ever since.
Son Brandon joined the company right out of college in 2005 with a degree in accounting and finance. His older brother Justin, after working in other industries, brought his degrees and expertise in computer science and marketing to the family enterprise in 2014.
All three manage the company today, with Anthony at the helm.
In all we do, safety is always our paramount concern. Luise Mechanical adheres to strict safety policies and practices for our employees and subcontractors. Our staff safety manager oversees and enforces all policies and procedures. All of our employees are OSHA 10 certified, have completed the OSHA 10-hour Construction Training, and are committed to zero work-related injuries. Foremen at Luise Mechanical complete OSHA’s 30-hour Construction Training and conduct daily onsite safety meetings to review potential hazards and remind our crews of proper safety procedures. No job we do is more important than taking the time to do it safely.
