Expert Coordination during Construction

In the field, our project managers run the job, coordinate with other trades, and know what’s going on at all times – ensuring that Luise Mechanical delivers quality work on time and at or below budget.

We’re equipped to fabricate large sections of pipe ahead of time, on our premises, and deliver it to the job site – or we can fabricate right at the job site, as needed. We work with a wide variety of materials, as dictated by the job, to fabricate process piping and specialty piping. Typically, we prefabricate, load and transport about 75% of our finished product to the job site.

Every installation is different, and Luise Mechanical’s project managers have pretty much seen and done it all as they deftly manage each phase of the project.

  • Some are tight deadline jobs where we have to be in and out quickly; all the trades coordinate, working together to ensure a quality, on-time result.
  • A hospital project might be done in phases, perhaps in coordination with another trade, and then we’re released to go to another area.
  • A recent high school project required exceptionally close coordination – it had to be completed over the summer before school resumed in September.
  • With many renovation projects, we’re working in an occupied building. In such cases, Luise Mechanical’s project manager makes every effort to accommodate “business as usual” in scheduling our work so that we create the least possible disruption.

Our rigorous Quality Control checklist ensures we will have no problems when it’s time to turn over the project to the client. Our Quality Assurance team reviews all piping, equipment and supplies before installation, as well as after the equipment is up and running. We stand behind our work by warrantying all our supplied equipment and installations for varying lengths of time.

Whatever the construction challenge, Luise Mechanical’s capable and resourceful project management team delivers a quality solution, on time, safely, and at budget.
